Chad Gill is the President of Concreate, a company specializing in all things concrete, including polishing, staining, surface prep, and joint repair. The company works hand in hand with designers, architects, project managers, general contractors, tradespeople, and homeowners from start to finish. 

Chad started Concreate in 2002, and through this work over the years, he developed a unique understanding of the importance of clear communication when tracking information from job sites which led him to found Workforce Recon in 2017. Workforce Recon runs Field Recon, an easy-to-use app that allows companies to see and understand job site activity in real-time, ensuring that you don't lose small details in the shuffle.

Before starting Workforce Recon and Concreate, Chad worked as a robotics and tooling design engineer, where he created manipulators for nuclear steam generators and received two machine-design patents. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Virginia Military Institute.
