Delegation is a real problem for so many. And there are two common reasons people don't delegate.  

1. It's too hard to teach, it's faster if I just do it myself. ❌ 

2. Nobody can do it the way I want to do it. ❌  

Both of these are lies. Two huge myths. Work hard on getting over them.
