In Devotion Two of Week Four in teh Declaring His Excellencies Project, we will see that God's people make His excellencies known as they worship Him with joy.

While the accuracy of the preached word of God must be maintained and guarded, how God's people communicate the good news possesses just as much importance. When they speak of God's work and glory they do so as recipients. They speak as those who have experienced His glory. They testify as those who have tasted His goodness. They declare His excellencies as those who know His excellencies firsthand.
