Renunciation & Deliverance Prayer: Ancestor Worship
In the name of Jesus Christ, I come before You today in full repentance and humility. I confess and renounce all participation in ancestor worship whether knowingly or unknowingly on my behalf or on behalf of my bloodline. I acknowledge that calling on the dead, making offerings to ancestors, or seeking guidance from spirits is an abomination to You, and I turn away from it completely.
I renounce every ritual, altar, prayer, or tradition that gave honor, allegiance, or spiritual access to my ancestors instead of to You, the One True Living God. I sever all soul ties and spiritual connections to the dead. I break every generational curse, blood covenant, spoken vow, and agreement made through ancestor worship past, present, or future.
I declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over my life, my bloodline, and my future. I plead the blood of Jesus over my spirit, soul, and body. I cancel Satan’s legal rights to torment, deceive, or afflict me through these open doors. I command every familiar spirit, ancestral spirit, monitoring spirit, and spirit of divination to leave me now in the name of Jesus.
I bind and cast out every demonic presence tied to ancestor worship. You are not welcome here. You have no power over me. I close every door I or my family may have opened to the kingdom of darkness, and I declare them sealed by the blood of the Lamb.
Holy Spirit, fill every place where darkness once resided. Cleanse me. Restore me. Sanctify me. Teach me to walk in the truth of Your Word and trust in Jesus Christ alone for guidance, protection, and identity.
Thank You, Lord, for delivering me. I choose this day to worship You and You alone. In Jesus' mighty name,
