Alejandro Rivas is in charge of Talent & Culture of Excellence and Learning and Development at Dell. He coordinates and facilitates Manager & Leadership Core Curriculum training to build peer mentor relationships for groups of new people leaders through classroom and live virtual sessions. He focuses on inspirational leadership and personal brand, developing and communicating strategy providing 360 coaching for Dell leaders as well as coaching leaders on how to coach and develop high performing teams.
