Delta County is going to proceed on development of a day use area at Fuller Park despite a procedural glitch that is delaying funding. The board Tuesday voted to refer the issue to its finance committee before considering the full package. Commissioner Bob Peterson says in the meantime, the board approved up to $15,000 to start the project.
