Hailing from the Central Coast, but local since she was six, Brittany has done so much in her 30+ years - just amazing.

This week on Delving with Des I am chatting with Paul Simios, an interesting man who grew up in Blacktown in Sydney, ended up traveling to India, Africa, Thailand, and Vietnam and became a Yoga trainer, a health specialist, and a life coach.

Paul lived in Vietnam, married a Vietnamese lady, and, after 16 years, return about a year ago, to live in Port Macquarie.
