In this episode I talk about the move to Colorado and what it really meant for me. On paper it’s just a move, but it was way more than that. It was proof that I wasn’t stuck, that I could actually change things. For a long time I thought I wouldn’t be able to.
This episode’s about how the decisions you make stack up over time, how they quietly build the life you end up living. You’re born looking like your parents, but you die looking like your decisions. Everything about where you are and who you are comes back to that.
If you can overthink all the reasons why something won’t work, you can overthink why it can. The future you want doesn’t just show up, it’s built from the choices you make right now.
Work with me
In this episode, I talk about what happens when you finally sign up for something that scares you. I share a story about one of my clients who went after a massive goal, one that forced him to change who he was in order to reach it. Because if you don’t change, you’ll never get there. And even if you do, you won’t be able to sustain it.
We get into the deeper side of growth: how fear never really goes away, how the people who chase big dreams don’t wait for confidence, they act despite the fear, and how that process rewires your identity.
I talk about the Japanese concept of Misogi, which means creating a year-defining challenge, something so big it demands you become someone new.
This conversation is for anyone who’s been playing small, waiting for the right moment, or talking about the thing they want to do instead of doing it. Because at some point, you have to get off the sidelines, step into the arena, and see who you become on the other side.
If you’ve ever wondered what would happen if you went all in on something that scares you, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to bet on yourself and why most people never do. I dive into how we let other people’s voices and ceilings shape our lives, how we lose touch with the childlike self-belief we once had, and why everything in life comes with a cost.
I break down the truth about regret, the mirror you will face at the end of your life, and the difference between living as a spectator and authoring your own epic story.
We also get into why courage is not the absence of fear but moving forward in the presence of it, and how leaning into that tension is the only way to truly transform.

In this episode I dig into three big questions: can exercise improve your metabolism, how much exercise do you really need to see results, and which is better for overall health, cardio or strength.
I start by breaking down what metabolism actually is and the different parts of total daily energy expenditure, like BMR, NEAT, TEF, and EAT. I talk about how exercise impacts skeletal muscle, why muscle mass matters for burning calories, and how both cardio and resistance training bring their own benefits on the metabolic side.
I also get into how often you should train to make progress and why it helps to reframe the way you look at exercise frequency. Instead of an all or nothing mindset, I talk about looking at how many times you train across a month and building something that is adaptable and sustainable for your schedule.
