Did you know that Dementia is not a normal part of ageing.  Dementia is an umbrella term used to describe a range of progressive neurological disorders which affect the brain.  Although no treatment that can cure it, there are things people can do to lower their risk of the diseaseand approximately a third of all cases of dementia are thought to be influenced by factors within our control.
