Demetri sits down with the boys to discuss all things football from starting out in Manchester United's academy to growing his own successful clothing brand.

The lads start the pod talking about Demetri's interests outside of football, the growth of his successful clothing brand Benir and receiving support from teammates.

Demetri then talks about life at Manchester United, coming through their iconic academy system with the likes of Scott McTominay and training with Paul Pogba & Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the first team.

Demetri then chats about Jose Mourinho giving him his Premier League debut against Crystal Palace as well as his experiences playing in the England youth set up and winning the U17 Euros with England.

The trio then discuss Demetri's first experience of regular men's football during loan spells with Hearts before having to deal with the reality of being released by his boyhood club and the struggles that followed.

They then speak about his time at Blackpool, Hibs & Exeter before Demetri mentions just how big of an Impact Gary Caldwell has had on his career.

Finally they discuss the issues around the misconception of footballers and why players are often mistakenly viewed as arrogant or cocky despite being regular lads and down to earth.
