During this podcast, our host Tomas Mandl, Program Officer for Latin America & the Caribbean at CIPE, speaks with Marcos Falcone, project manager at Fundación Libertad, and Carlos Loaiza, President of the Quito Chamber of Commerce. They share their respective views of resilience and highlight how each organization has supported its members or the broader community in times of uncertainty.
