AI is everywhere around us, we are constantly bombarded with this term. But what does it really mean? Today, we have made a small attempt with this episode to demystify Artificial Intelligence and turn it into something more understandable for everyone. This episode demonstrates the far-reaching societal consequences of AI developments and our two speakers on board: Sindi Shkodrani (Machine Learning; Autonomous Driving Expert; Women in AI member) & Gianluca Truda (AI student; Data Scientist with a background in Computer Science and Genetics; Podcaster) discuss ethical questions, biases of algorithms and the latest groundbreaking technological developments in the field. Transparency and coordination between different domain experts have to be encouraged, and so, ASIF tries to bring experts on board with the goal of broadening people’s knowledge in the field and sparking the interest and discussion so that every one of us could participate in the debate surrounding this field.
