Mental health is one of the defining crises of our generation, yet is often overlooked. As we collectively encounter great and unprecedented problems, mindfulness offers a genuinely practical solution to the challenges we all face. Far from a buzzword, it is a crucial tool in a busy world. In our podcast today we aim to dispel some of the myths surrounding mindfulness, to understand what it means, and how we can use it in our daily lives.
