How can we understand this process? How can we make it easier? For the realtors as well as the borrowers to get through this process so we can stop throwing the underwriters under the bus. Everyone blames the underwriters. It's always their fault, right? It is always the underwriter, the evil underwriters that are in dark rooms and buildings somewhere.
