Charlotte decided that Wiki rabbit holes weren't enough so she invited Tim Whitmarsh to discuss his book Battling the Gods; Atheism in the Ancient World with her. The discussion includes how the movement of people helped spread the idea of a monotheistic religion and how people responded to oracles in the ancient world are very similar to how people respond to horoscopes today.
