In episode twelve we talk with Denis Wilson IAAF Technical Committee Member about his younger years as an Australian athlete competing at the highest level and his continued role as member of the IAAF Technical Committee. At 81 years young Denis is still referred to as ‘God’ in the Australian athletics circles. Recently the IAAF adopted a safer design in Hammer discus throw cages to meet the latest IAAF requirements and Play Hard Sports Equipment has further developed the concept to this day.
