Denise Yoder has been at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois since 1997--serving as Head Athletic Trainer since 2012. She talks in this episode about her career and experiences at the NCAA DIII school. We also talk a lot about work/life balance, which she accomplishes through involvement with community theater.
