Let's be real for a minute. As dentists with so much on our plate, it is hard to stay focused on any particular task. So when I realized my dental assistant was actually calling the show, instead of hurting my ego, it actually excited me to teach this to our newest team member because I wanted to empower her to give our patients the best experience possible and be efficient with our time! Today's episode is about exactly that. Letting go of our control empowers the team members around us to take charge and help deliver the standard of dentistry we aim to deliver every day.
