#087 Denting of the Bin Men 1

The Doctor & Mel are on a search for alcohol when a chance meeting with the Galactic Emperor sends them towards the centre of the booze universe....Wales!!! They are joined by a weird clucking woman who hasn't been putting her correct bins out! I sense trouble ahead!!!
