More and more people were believing Jesus was sent by God and trying to reason if He is the Messiah. Yet, the religious establishment continued to refuse the Truth and teachings.  Even though Jesus had won the hearts of the crowds, the Pharisees rejected the Truth even though it was written in their books.  Herod sent the Scribes to search the scriptures for the King. The Maggi wanted to worship Him and found where He would be born.  The religious finds Jesus, who brings the fullness of God offensive because Jesus brings the truth of God.  The Truth of God disrupts the corrupt because corruption is in darkness.  Establishments are threatened by the Truth of Jesus the Christ.  Many looking for a messiah that will fit their doctrine of belief rather the will and way of God.  Jesus has to tear down the established religion and rebuild His Body so it will be perfected. His Body is an image of Him called the Church, who is called for a special purpose. Christ is the Power of God within you. Don’t deny the Power of God. Receive the Power so that rivers of living waters flow from your heart who is The Spirit of Truth, the Truth of Jesus the Christ. Photo by Tim Marshall on Unsplash
