Listen to Deo Ochieng, 32 years old, a Kenyan. He have been working as Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner for the last 8 years with Community Based Organizations (CBOs), NGOs, INGOs and Foundations with fucus on community development programs. He is a passionate community development crusader, who believes in the power within the community to become sustainably resilient.

Currently, he works with a community foundation – Kenya Community Development Foundation. Largely they are a grant making organization that focus on raising resource locally to address community needs and challenges. They believe that communities are at the center stage of solving their problems.
