Every neighborhood has a house that decent people avoid. It's abandoned, rundown and probably haunted—at least according to the local kids. But if you're brave—or stupid—enough to enter, they would find something much worse.

There's one such house in Detroit, to which Sheri Blakesly, Mickey Adams and Maxwell Charlton have been invited to visit this stormy Halloween night.

Meanwhile, the Department of Deliverance officially sends Nina Kozlov, Scully Charles and August Julius Linus to investigate.
