Question (2Corinthians 6:14) - What fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Departure from the Christian faith is the departure from the faith which is in (concerning) Christ Jesus (1Timothy 3:13). Departure from the faith which is in Christ Jesus is departure from evil. 1Timothy 4:1 says, many shall depart from the faith: that is a prediction whose time for fulfilment has come. I have departed from the evil of Christianity, have you? Having knowledge of the evil of Christianity, I have chosen to obey the Psalm 34:14 commandment - do good, and depart from evil. Now I will answer the question posed last time, what shall I do then with Jesus? The better question is what shall I do with the unsound, immoral faith concerning Jesus? The answer is simple, depart from it; depart from the evil.
What should you do? 2Corinthians 13:7 - Ye should do that which is honest (truthful; free from deceit; clear). You should depart from evil; you should depart from the evil of the Christian faith.
