In Exodus 18, Moses faces an overwhelming task. When we feel overworked, do we bear our struggles alone or invite others to help? Jethro advised Moses to lean on his community, and similarly, we are called to glorify God's strength through our dependence on one another. To a watching world, such a community showcases God's goodness and generosity to His people.
