We sat down with Andrew Dao, a shareholder at Daly & Black, and discussed the tools needed for successfully handling depositions.  Andrew, 33 years old, has had a skyrocketing career coming out of law school. He handles a wide array of civil litigation matters, including catastrophic injury and death cases, and commercial litigation.  

At only 27, he second-chaired a three-week trial in a workplace injury case that resulted in a $159 million verdict—the fourth highest verdict in the entire country that year.  He has also argued and won at the Supreme Court of Texas. 

 His mantra: You may be the youngest in the room. Don’t ever let that scare you. If you put in the work and have confidence in yourself, the results will follow.
