What is depression?

What is the difference between depression and just everyday feelings of sadness or being upset?

Depression is challenging to understand because it's pretty much invisible and can only be detected by thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. As a result, we can be struggling with it for weeks, months and even years with ever knowing -- it takes on many disguises.

In this session, we talk about the common symptoms around depression and some quick tips on helping yourself address the problem.
