DEPRESSION: A POETRY

I keep crying without a reason

I can't move

I just lay in my bed

Waiting for sleep to catch me again

Mental health recovery is a lifelong journey

There will be setbacks on the way

And you can't 'snap out' of it

Mental health is equally important as physical health

I can't smile

I don't feel happy

Everything seems wrong

And I'm miserable

I can't go out of the house

I love to live

I will seek medical health

From a psychiatrist

And get back on my feet

And come back again all bulk up

Stronger than before
