I re-done the recording for "depression" and one day I will upload my archives, so you all can hear the difference between my higher vs lower self. Meanwhile, I hope y'all receive a form of healing from this episode. My purpose is to be clear in regards of the steps I'm still taking to control depression rather than depression controlling me. Depression is not an easy thing to face however, it can be dealt with. For those who are battling with depression like myself, know that life is NOT against you but for you. Use the lessons from depression as a testimony that you can fight through anything.
