When someone experiences depression it is real. The power of knowledge and wisdom is also real when you take time to self-examine. Self-examination is not quick. It is much like taking breast examinations feeling daily to get to know the breast.  As you experience something even pain you sit with it until you understand it enough to master it. It may come back but the fact is you have experienced it before so you kind of know how to manage it. I hope you understand. And remember most situations can be seen in your natal chart.
