Depression is a hot topic and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I share my story and some dark details of how depression took over my life. We all have a choice to wake up and take action. Its easier to take baby steps than it is to dig yourself out of the deep hole depression leaves. I share my story in hopes of inspiring people to take action before you hit your WALL.
