Time to do things differently. Don’t do the same thing you’ve done over and over again. Get pissed off. Get hurt. Get angry.
Drink water. Go on walks. Get up in the morning. Simple exercise. Eat good food. Do some dishes. How every you need to make it happen, take action.
The challenge of starting…you aren’t good at the actions. It doesn’t feel good.
You will never get where you want to go without the beginning steps. And the beginning steps are hard!
