If it’s one thing I noticed about depression, is that it is not talked about nearly enough as it should be. Like most other topics, mental illness is one that important to our every day lives that we continue to ignore until we think that it will magically just “disappear” but I can guarantee you that it won’t. It’s not a magic act. It is OKAY to talk about your depression and your struggles with mental health. If I can do it, you can too.
