The first guest to Grace our podcast this season goes by the name Esmary.

She is a Political science student at the University of Zambia with a passion for fashion and mental health awareness. She uses her massive following on Instagram to not only showcase her style and beauty but to also raise awareness on mental health issues.

Alongside Musa and Nasi, Esmary sheds light on her own struggles with depression and how she has dealt with it, with the hopes of encouraging anyone who may be going through depression to see the dim yet ever present light at the end of the tunnel.
