Depression is easy to get into and hard to get out of. If you can beat depression, you can beat anything. Trauma and toxicity can push us into depression but it’s up to you to beat it. You are the prize. Find yourself, love yourself, find your purpose but most importantly GET UP. I feel you, understand you and support you.
