This week Deputy has a surprise topic for Cap; has she found it to be difficult being a woman in the service? We start off with talking a little about Cap's workplace and then turn to the fire service. While some of the answers may have been a little softer than what Deputy was expecting he left feeling a bit better that Cap hasn't had to experience some of the horrific situations we fully acknowledge other woman have to overcome.
