Deputy Kyle Adams of the Sanpete Sheriff's Department went to a welfare check of a man at a family cabin.  Unable to contact the man, Deputy Adams decided to stay and search the mountain.

The man was hurt and had been alone and exposed for three nights.  When Deputy Adams found him, he was barely clinging to life.
