ok so the past couple weeks for me have been a mental roller coaster. i mentioned before that i struggle with seasonal depression but recently it’s developed into something i had never experienced. derealization. basically what that is, it’s when you feel like you aren’t living in your own body and you feel like you are a ghost watching yourself exist. to say the least it freaked me out and it led me to a very dark place mentally. in this episode i’m going to talk about that more in depth and ways that helped me out of that period like going to dinner parties with friends and going to get my haircut. i also posted a youtube video on this so if you wanna watch that you can.
