Our special presenter tonight is Carl Walsh who lives in California

Carl and Douglas Bowers have worked together and have enormous business experience.

They collaborated on a book called, "We are alpha dogs" and tonight Carl is going to take us through the principles of the book and explain why they used the metaphor of seven dogs to represent business personalities.

Carl goes on to explore why so many businesses fail both in the UK and in the USA. He describes why we need different business personalities can contribute - an oval table team approach.
