Derek is a world traveler, musician, and entrepreneur. He's started many businesses and has some wonderful thoughts on getting through fear of failure and the hard work necessary to have success as a self employed person. He currently resides on a beautiful island "Flores" in Indonesia. He's truly travelled and lived taking with him the cultures he experiences.
