This week's episode we are joined by Derek, the co-founder of Surf Lounge, a local coffee and surf shop located in North Pacific Beach, in San Diego CA. "Welcome to Surf Lounge, a surf shop and coffee lounge located in San Diego. Our in house barista, Alex, rotates different artisanal flavors to compliment our special blend of locally roasted coffee, while Derek is busy shaping surfboards in the on-site shaping bay. Come by for a cup of coffee and a look around!" Derek gives us his background and his expertise of what he learned from starting a business.
