Derrick Kosinski is a contestant from Road Rules: X-Treme. He was a winner of The Inferno 3, The Island, and The Ruins, and a finalist on The Inferno II, XXX: Dirty 30, and All Stars. He also competed on Battle of the Sexes 2, The Gauntlet 2, Fresh Meat, The Duel, Cutthroat, and All Stars 2. Derrick is a longtime featured contestant on MTV's The Challenge.
