When we had this brief chat about unusual founders in 2012 Intercom had 9 staff and one had done a small round of Angel Investment. Today the company is worth over €500m and Des Traynor has  helped build one of the most ambitious startups in Silicon Valley. In this interview we discuss Peter Thiels ideas in particular on founder traits. We discuss going from consultancy to Startup, programming for kids, design and disruption in general.
