A job title is something which gives person his/her recognition in this corporate world. If you walk around someone who is new to you & introduce your designation, the designation adds up to your personality & behavior. Managerial & authoritative title is very crucial as it can affect the lookout of your recognition to the society. There are 2 different aspects when it comes to job title – Internal designation/ External designation. Internal designation is your recognition in the corporate, external designation is your recognition to the society. Creating a hierarchy of job designation for your employee might give a vision/ outlook of your employee to the society.
