The Harris family is a giving, loving family from Spruce Grove. They were blessed with four children, three boys and one girl. Their oldest, Takai, was born with down syndrome and was very sick shortly after he was born. He spent numerous months in the hospital and has had numerous appointments as a result of different illnesses throughout his life. Takai has always had a dream of going to Disneyworld but, due to covid delaying any make a wish dreams and then turning 18 towards the end of covid, his dreams of going to disney were put on hold. The Harris family also suffered a setback when Brandi's husband Ryan, was diagnosed stage 4 T-cell lymphoma. With all this adversity they all remain positive and have gained so much resilience and a lot of that is a credit to Takai and his ability to spread joy and light to the present moment.
