Adelaide Thunderbirds took on the Melbourne Mavericks in the second game of the round in Melbourne, and ran away with the win with a convincing 22-goal margin. A controversial match between the GWS Giants and Sunshine Coast Lightning gave us a lot to talk about as the Giants scrape through to the win in extra time. The Melbourne Vixens keep their own winning streak as they win by 2 goals against the NWS Swifts.
