With the holiday season upon us, it is increasingly likely that we will see one or two more appearances from our elusive president. Unfortunately, every time he speaks, his years-long decline becomes more apparent. Old Joe may not know much at this point, but he is certainly aware of the fact that he is playing with nothing left to lose. Expect the worst, and be grateful for anything short of pure embarrassment.
