Many people run to God only when they are looking for the easy button out of their tests. These tests can include challenges in relationships, work, finances, legal trouble, health, and other challenges. In life, there is no such thing as the easy button. God wants to help us pass every test set before us just like a school teacher that prepares his or her students for success with a test. These tests are designed to bring out your potential. God has been testing mankind since He placed Adam and Eve into the Garden of Eden. God’s tests are designed to bring out the greatness that is already inside of you.
"16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, "You may freely eat of every tree of the garden; 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall die."" [Genesis 2:16-17 RSV]
