Coby Neal has over three years of overseas missions experience. His wife and two children have unfortunately faced many leaders who failed both themselves and those they were leading. He was stationed in both South Africa, Europe, and working with organizations in America.

Coby and Joey tackle the idea of poor leadership and the devastating affects they may have on the people. Coby is adament that character must be developed before relying on one's gifting, however strong those may be. He says that "rest requires more faith than working".
