Thank you for allowing me a safe space to sometimes process with you. Thank you for taking this journey with me and I hope it comforts you as well.

We should always strive to be our best self, not perfect. As leaders, we should encourage others to be their best self, not expect perfection.

As Leaders and Coaches, we ask a lot of those we lead. I share with you what I also ask of myself, and the first question I ask myself to help hold myself accountable as a leader and coach.

What value are you assigning to things, people, and experiences in your life? Whether you are doing it consciously or not, it is you and you alone that assigns that value. Let's talk about it!
