City of Detroit in a Part 2 Episode of Detroit Vs. Everybody focused on City employees and if they should be required to live in the City they serve! In 1999 the Mayor of Detroit lifted the Residence Law of City Police officers having to live in Detroit and we discuss this along with other Firefighters, EMS and Teachers.
